Call the same day. Speed is the whole advantage.

If they can't talk, get a specific time today or tomorrow and log it. Don't leave it open-ended.
No answer: leave the voicemail script, then send TRT-T2-GENTLE within a minute. Voicemail plus text roughly doubles the response of voicemail alone.
One qualifying question that can end the call.
"Tell me a little about what's going on, what made you look into testosterone?"
"And are you here on Oahu?"
We cannot manage testosterone for patients outside Hawaii. It's a controlled substance and Dr. Long isn't licensed elsewhere.
Say: "We're not able to prescribe testosterone outside Hawaii, but I can point you toward providers who can. I don't want you booking a visit we can't follow through on."
Don't book. Log the lead as out of area.
Visiting Hawaii or splitting time here is fine for the evaluation. Ongoing medication management needs them local.
What the $395 actually buys.
"The first step is a comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Long. It's $395 and that covers your hormone bloodwork and an in-person visit where he goes through every result with you and tells you what it means for your situation."
"This isn't a mail-in kit or a video call with someone you'll never meet again. You're seeing a physician, here in our office, who will still be your physician a year from now."
The panel is Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, LH, FSH, Prolactin, PSA, and H&H.
Labs are drawn at Clinical Labs of Hawaii. Mornings are preferred for hormone accuracy.
The $395 is a flat fee. It covers the consult and the pre-screening labs together.
Say it before they ask. No surprises later.
"I want to be upfront about what this looks like beyond the first visit, so nothing catches you off guard."
"The evaluation is $395. If your levels come back low and you want to treat it, the program is $399 a month, and that covers your medication, your visits, your labs every three months, and Dr. Long's oversight. Nothing separate on top of that."
"So if you start treatment the same month, your first month is $794 total, and then it's $399 a month after that."

There is no credit. The $395 does not come off the first month. Don't imply it does.
Don't quote add-on medications. If Dr. Long prescribes anything beyond the program, he discusses it at the visit.
This is the close. Nothing is collected now.
"Let's get you on Dr. Long's schedule. Mornings tend to be best for hormone accuracy, so if an earlier slot works for you I'd take it. What days are generally good?"
"Nothing due today. We'll take care of the $395 when you come in."

Nothing moves on its own. If you don't click it, it didn't happen.
Check the due queue three times a day: morning, midday, end of day. Timers only remind, they never send.
Also check CallRail daily. Anyone who called the tracked number and isn't already a lead gets created manually with the TRT-ED tag.
If they push back
"It's not just the test. It's comprehensive bloodwork plus sitting down with Dr. Long, who goes through every number with you and tells you what it means for you specifically. The online places charge less because you never actually see a doctor. You get a chart and a subscription."
"Fair question, and I'd rather tell you now. $395 for the evaluation. If you're low and you want treatment, $399 a month covering everything, medication, visits, labs every three months, and Dr. Long's oversight. So month one is $794 if you start right away, then $399 after."
Answer this plainly every time. Vagueness costs trust and costs the patient later.
"It doesn't, it's a separate flat fee for the evaluation itself. What it buys you is real bloodwork and Dr. Long's time reading it, whether or not you end up treating anything."
Don't soften this or suggest it might be credited. Be straight and move on.
"You can, and some people do. The difference is what happens after. A number on a page doesn't tell you much on its own. What you're paying for here is Dr. Long reading it in context and telling you what it means for you."
Don't promise Dr. Long will accept outside labs without review.
"I hear you. It's everything bundled, medication, visits, labs every three months, and Dr. Long's oversight, so there's nothing else to pay on top. And that decision is a long way off. Right now it's just finding out where your levels actually are."
Don't negotiate, don't discount, don't offer alternatives. Redirect to the evaluation and move on.
"Of course. Can I ask what you're weighing? If it's the cost, nothing is due today. If it's timing, I can find you something that works around your schedule."
"This is a cash program, so no insurance billing. The upside is there's no prior authorization, no denials, and you know exactly what you're paying up front."
"You were, and we're honoring that for you. The program changed since then, but you were quoted $99 in writing and that's what you'll pay."
This only applies to people who received the $99 in writing. Everyone else is $395.
